Import Duties and Customs Charges
As we ship worldwide from our warehouses in Asia, your order may be subject to import taxes, customs fees, or handling charges upon arrival in your country. These fees are the customer's responsibility and vary by country. We recommend checking with your local customs office for detailed information. As a gesture of goodwill during the current global situation, we are happy to cover 50% of the incurred customs fees by refunding you the corresponding amount.
