This depends on whether it is an International or a Domestic order. All orders within the U.S. are considered domestic orders and they are shipped and delivered within 2-5 business days. Please see International Orders for more details.

When ordering as a gift for someone, be sure to enter in your email address to receive all summary information but enter in the recipient’s name and shipping information. We will be sure to keep all prices and receipts out of the package.

There’s no single “right” size—it all depends on your preference! Larger plushies are extra satisfying to cuddle, while smaller ones are easier to carry around. Before purchasing, visualize the plushie’s dimensions in real life to ensure you get the perfect size for your needs.

Our plushies are vacuum-packed for easy shipping, which may cause wrinkles and lumps when first unpacked. Don’t worry! The plushie will naturally regain its original shape over time. To speed up the process:
✔ Give it a good shake and fluff it up.
✔ Pat it down to release any trapped air.
✔ Let it sit out of the bag for a few hours, and it will soften up.

Follow these steps to keep your plushie clean and fresh:

  • Use the gentlest washing cycle on your machine.
  • Wash in cold water with mild detergent.
  • If disinfecting, use warm water or a fabric-safe laundry sanitizer like Lysol instead of bleach.
  • Place the plushie in a laundry mesh bag or duvet cover for extra protection. Adding towels in the washer drum helps reduce impact.
  • Air-dry for best results. If needed, use a hairdryer on low heat when it’s slightly damp to fluff up the fur.

FREE shipping is available for select countries, including the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, and more! Our plushies are shipped from Asia, allowing us to keep costs affordable for our customers.

Once your order is confirmed, our team will prepare it for shipment. As soon as your package is handed over to the shipping carrier, you’ll receive a tracking email (usually within 2 to 5 business days). Be sure to check your spam folder and mark our emails as safe to receive updates!
